Your website exists. Nobody is finding it.
You paid for a website. It looks fine. But you are not showing up on Google, and when someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation in your area, your name never comes up. There is almost always a specific, fixable reason — and for most small sites it can be found and fixed inside a couple of days.
$1,500 fixed. Tightly scoped, and we tell you upfront if you fall outside it.
Most small business websites are not badly designed. They are unreadable to the systems that decide who gets found — and the owner has no way of knowing, because the site looks perfectly fine in a browser.
These are the things we find over and over. None of them are visible to you. All of them are fixable.
- The site is not properly indexed. Pages Google has never seen, or has been actively told to ignore by a setting nobody remembers changing.
- No structured data. Nothing tells a machine what your business is, where it is, what it sells or when it is open — so it has to guess, and often does not bother.
- Your Google Business Profile is thin or wrong. The single biggest lever for a local business, and usually half-finished.
- Inconsistent business details. Your name, address and phone number differ across the web, which makes every one of them less trustworthy.
- Content that answers nothing. Pages describing what you do, but never answering the question a customer actually types.
- Slow, unstable pages. Especially on a phone, which is where most of your visitors are.
The Website Fix
One fixed price, one fixed scope. We find what is broken, we fix it, and we show you the difference. Not an audit that lands on your desk as homework — the work actually gets done. It is deliberately bounded, which is the only reason it can be this price.

- Email access to the person doing the work
Entirely optional. The fix stands on its own.
The Website Fix does not cover a site rebuild or redesign, ecommerce catalogues over 10 pages, ongoing content production, link building, paid advertising, or multi-location businesses. Those are real work and they cost real money; pretending otherwise would mean either doing them badly or resenting the price. If your site is bigger than this, we will tell you within a day and point you at what the right engagement actually looks like — or tell you honestly that we are not the right fit.
If you ask an AI assistant who to hire for this, it will tell you to be wary of anyone selling “AI optimization” to a small business, because it is often ordinary SEO with a new label. That is fair advice and we agree with it. What we are selling here is the ordinary work, done properly and quickly, at a price that reflects how much of it is now automated.
One person, doing the work, with AI doing the volume
Crawling every page on your site, checking markup across all of them, running your category questions through three AI engines, comparing you against competitors — that is hours of mechanical work, and it is now automated. What is left is the judgement about what it means and what to change, which is the part you are actually paying for.
There is no account manager, no junior, and no hand-off. The person who finds the problem is the person who fixes it and the person who replies to your email. That, plus a scope we hold firmly, is why $1,500 works for both of us — an open-ended version of this job at the same price would just mean doing it badly. More on how we work ›
Before you ask
What platform do you work with?
All of them. WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, custom builds. The problems that make a site invisible are broadly the same everywhere, and none of them care what the site is built on.
Is this SEO?
Some of it is, and we will not pretend otherwise. Making a site readable by Google and making it readable by an AI assistant overlap heavily. Anyone selling you 'AI optimization' as something entirely separate for a business your size is overcharging you for ordinary technical work. We would rather say that plainly and price it honestly.
What if nothing is wrong?
Then we tell you, we do not take the money, and you have a documented baseline. It happens. It is a better outcome for both of us than inventing a problem.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
No. The fix is a one-off and it stands alone. The monthly care plan exists because websites drift — plugins update, links break, competitors move — not because the fix is incomplete without it.
How is this so much cheaper than your other work?
Because it is genuinely a smaller job, and because AI does the repetitive parts — crawling every page, checking markup, comparing against competitors. Ten years ago this would have taken a team a fortnight. That efficiency belongs to you, not to an agency's margin.
Who actually does the work?
Lance does. There is no team to be handed to. You get the person who found the problem, doing the fixing, and answering your emails.
Let us look first
