About pricing and terms
Why is the pricing on the website?
Because you should be able to tell whether we are a fit before you spend time on a call. Most agencies hide their prices to get you into a sales process. We would rather be upfront.
Which one do I need?
If your website is broken, slow, out of date or missing, start with the Website Fix. If the site works but nobody finds it, the SEO + AI Fix. Not sure? The free check tells you, and we will say honestly if you need nothing at all.
Are there contracts?
The one-time fixes have no ongoing commitment. Local Care, Website Care and SEO Growth are month to month. Only the larger-company Growth Program has a twelve-month term, because that work takes a year to compound.
What happens to the work if I stop paying?
It stays. Every fix, page and setting we change is on your site and in your name. Nothing gets switched off or undone.
Do you credit the review fee if we go ahead?
Yes. The $3,500 Full Visibility Review is credited in full against a Foundation Sprint or Growth Program started within sixty days.
Are there other costs?
Occasionally a third-party fee, such as a paid directory listing or a domain renewal. These are passed through at cost and only with your approval in advance. None are required for the core work.
